Professional Experience & Expertise

With over a decade of dedicated practice in clinical environments, my journey has been defined by a deep commitment to humanistic and integrative therapy. I have worked extensively with individuals facing diverse challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, helping them navigate life's transitions with resilience.

My expertise lies in integrating traditional psychotherapeutic techniques with 3rd-wave therapeutic interventions (CBT, ACT, DBT) based on a modern positive psychological ethos. This unique integration allows us to not only address symptoms but to uncover and nurture the inherent strengths that lead to true flourishing. I specialise in personal development coaching, helping clients align their daily lives with their deepest values and purpose.

Throughout my career, I have maintained a focus on ethical practice and continuous professional development. As a preaccredited member of the IACP, I stay at the forefront of therapeutic innovations to ensure that every individual I support receives the most effective, evidence-based care tailored to their unique path.
